All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours for in-stock items. Backordered items will ship when they become available.

US Customers
Your shipping and handling charge is based on the total dollar value of your order.
We offer FREE Shipping for all orders totaling $75.00 or more for items shipped within the US only.

International Customers
We ship all orders First Class International, and have established flat rates to many countries worldwide. If an international shipping option doesn't appear for your country, please contact us. We're always adding new rates as more people find us from around the world.

PRICING AND SALES TAX
Our prices are in US currency and are subject to change without prior notification. Maine residents are subject to state sales tax. Orders shipped out of state are not subject to any sales tax.

RETURNS
Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 60 days of purchase.
When returning yarn for store credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We suggest you return by insured mail for your protection. You will be notified of our receipt of your return and your store credit via email. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
All sales of books, patterns, needles and closeout yarns are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
