I've been neglecting the blog the past few days while I work on some year-end business and an exciting new knitting adventure (details to come very soon.)
But, there has been plenty of knitting and crocheting happening that I've been wanting to share.
Marcia was in on Tuesday and brought her finished felted bag. She ended up combining Cascade 220 and a strand of one of our fashion yarns that has just a hint of gold. The result is stunning and she even offered to let me borrow it for a store sample. Thank you!!

Joannie, also a Tuesday regular, finished her Lorna's Laces socks in the Hawaii colorway.

Michele has been incredibly busy making baby sweaters for friends AND this gorgeous weater for her husband. The yarn is Lorna's Laces Shepherd Worsted in the Motherlode colorway. Oh, and see those pools of color on the arms? You can't tell from this picture, but they both happen to fall exactly at the elbows!

Paul of Red Dragon Toys was in before Christmas wearing the Dr. Who scarf his wife made for him (after finishing one for their son!). Sorry to only be sharing this now, but he was on a holiday shopping mission, and I didn't want to spoil the surprise.

Knitting was everywhere Thursday night.

Patti finished her Noro socks.

Amber finished knitting her first sweater!! Congrats!

And both Patti and Mindy have been working on their Celtic Totes for the Knit Along.

We just got in a few more copies of the Winter '07 Interweave Knits that has the pattern.
And I've been knitting too!
I'm almost done with my second Noro sock.

Seamed up Peter's sweater (no pic yet) and just have to add the neck.
Cast on for a pair of fingerless mitts - the pattern is Dashing from knitty.

And I started knitting with my handspun!!! I'm working on an afghan so I have lots of spinning ahead of me.
